Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused
• the item must be in its original condition
• the item must be returned in its original packaging
  
  

Return Process

When returning an item, please contact us at:

Include:

• your order number
• the item(s) you wish to return
• the reason for your return

We will provide further return instructions.

Returns sent without prior contact may result in delayed processing.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Christopher Music ApS is not responsible for returns lost during shipping.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
