By placing an order you confirm that:

An order confirmation will be sent by email after the purchase is completed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through external payment providers.

Christopher Music ApS does not store credit card details.

Unless otherwise stated (e.g. pre-orders), payment is captured when the order is dispatched.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed on business days until 14:00 CET.

Orders placed before 14:00 are typically shipped the same day.

Shipping within Denmark is handled by GLS with expected delivery the next business day.

International shipping options include GLS, DHL and UPS.

Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method.

Christopher Music ApS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers within the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the order is received.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
